The inaugural breakfast meeting of the Honiton Business Network was a resounding success, attracting 25 business owners and managers to James Patisserie. The diverse group represented a wide range of sectors, including high street shops, the care sector, local education, charitable organisations, sole traders, and legal firms.
Attendees actively contributed to discussions on what they hoped to achieve from the group and shared ideas for promoting business in Honiton. Many have already joined as members, and the network looks forward to supporting their growth by connecting them with other members who can offer valuable assistance.
A highlight of the meeting was the presence of Richard Foord, MP for Honiton & Sidmouth, who helpfully answered questions and made a well-received contribution to the discussion.
